Never Surrender

This weekend is free, and all next week/weekend will be spent studying for finals so I just really felt a need to draw something. Decided to go with the picture I owe *KirqArts (King of foreshortening), we had a bit of a tradesie going on and this is my half.
This is sketchier than usual, I was a bit more liberal with the pencil strokes etc, and didn’t worry about blending and such as much as usual. This was really fun and I think the rough pencil stroke thing fits the whole “this is war (or Sparta )” image better than really smooth blending. Have to say it’s the smallest face I’ve ever drawn, big is much better (and easier!)
