So instead of working on the two papers I have due on Tuesday, I decided drawing would be a good idea for today. Pfft. I had to put pencil to paper, I wasn't being productive anyway.
This is Natalie Portman, the only movie I've seen her in is V for Vendetta which I loved to bits. She's gorgeous.
My gallery's seriously lacking some estrogen, this is my first female celebrity portrait (if you don't count Emmy Rossum in the Phantom drawing).
I have real problem with lips and teeth, and people's ability to draw realistic skin makes my brain explode.

You mean you've never seen The Professional? I didn't think that was possible! I've had considerable difficulty drawing Natalie Portman. Most of my attempts are on the scrap heap, and if they're not, they certainly should be.

Don't worry about the low level of estrogen in your gallery. :D Mine is such, too. The only females are Tarja T., my vice-boss and me. :) It's rather easier for me to draw males. Maybe bacause they don't have to be so pretty. ;) Let's get back to this picture. I like the angle. Interesting. :)

Beautiful! You super-talented young thing, you! I like the slightly dark thing it has, the perspective makes for a wonderful compositiion and the details are wondeful.

I know what you mean about the oestrogen thing - I need to address that issue too!

I haven't seen any of her movies but I agree, she is pretty. And so is your picture of her. :love:
